Q: What measures are being taken to keep my account save while you are using it??
A:NOTE that we only ask for your login details NOT of your master account. This way you can ALWAYS take control of your own account since you are the only one who knows you MASTER account details, your birthday, and secret question . Only 1 person will have access to your account while it is under our possession; the one which will be assigned to your order. This will ensure that at any time we know who is handling your account. We only use legit methods of powerleveling (killing mobs, doing high xp missions, etc.) to level your character. We take great responsibility to make sure your account is safe.
Q: HOW will my character get XP ? Is it safe?
A:Your account will not be used in any restricted activities that can imply bad conduit (influence delivery, powerleveling ,cheating, harassment, abusing....) because your character will only “door sit” in our mission and USE our OWN high level characters from our own accounts to fight the mobs, and gain XP for your character.
Q: How long does it take for you to start and complete my character leveling?
A: Due to the highly customized nature of powerleveling we can only give you an estimate time of completion. Details of the time estimate should be included in the item description of the package or service you want to procure so we highly encourage you to read it first. Orders are normally started within minutes of receiving the payment.
Q: Do you support price matching against competitors?
A:YES. At the moment, we are open to price matching even if we believe that our prices are competitive as they are .You can send price quotations at :service@levelingexperts.com and we'll see if at your stated price the service is doable.

Q: When I buy influence/infamy how is the delivery made?
A: Delivery is mainly accomplished by contacting you first to set it up( if you are not already in logged in the game). We will email you once we are ready to meet you in game. If you are not ready we will wait until you contact us by email or live HELP and log again and deliver! Your orders will normally be delivered to you instant or less then1 hour of payment face to face in-game.

Q: How are refunds paid out?

Q; I am worried about giving up my username and password to someone else, is there any other way to have my Character powerleveled?
A:Yes you can get leveled even without giving us any account details... This can be done with "Blood Pact" ingame option. To be able to get leveled without giving up your account details you have to:
1 - contact us by LIVE HELP, or email at: service@levelingexperts.com
2 - set up the "Blood Pact" with one of our characters (as explained when you will contact us)
That way you can get leveled without giving us any account details...But please note : since XP gain is half as the normal XP due to Blood Pact - prices for this option will be higher.
Q: What is BLOOD PACT or Leveling PACT
A:blood pact is : Shared-Leveling works basically like the regular Pact Leveling but instead of leveling one character/toon of one member of the pact on your account. How will this work?:
1-Well FIRST You have to pact the Character you want leveled with one our own.
What hassle-free pact leveling does is that it divides any experience point gained by one member of the pact equally among the other members. Once we establish the pact between the characters ( yours and ours), you can go ahead and use your account as you wish and we will level everything in the background for you. With no downtime or reduce playing time so you can enjoy the game more.
Please choose the level range you want as we break the pact as soon as the leveling is complete. (e.g. if you order 1-32 we will break the leveling pact once the leveling is done) If you decide to continue with the leveling afterwards we have NO OPTION but to login your account and level it manually.*NOTE: The leveling pact can be made only by characters below level 5.

Depending on the number of members on pact, leveling times may vary. Time estimates provided below is for powerleveling single characters. You have to multiply the time estimate by the number of members in your pact (e.g. 1-50 with 2 members will take 3 days to complete instead of 1)Since leveling in the blood pact system is doubling our completion time, so is the price of the powerlevleing
